In 2026, Akash introduced AI Productivity Training for MSMEs, helping traditional teams become AI-enabled and significantly improve work efficiency. He now leads the integration of AI across recruitment processes, HR documentation, and business workflow optimisation. His mission is to help MSMEs adopt smart, practical, and implementation-focused AI tools that improve day-to-day operations.
